When Headhunters was first  published in 2008, Jo Neso established the Harry Hole Foundation – a charity to reduce illiteracy among children in the third world. All proceeds from Headhunters (including the movie adaptation), Blood on Snow and Midnight Sun in all editions and formats go directly to the Harry Hole Foundation.
