Headhunters Best Thriller at Empire Awards

Headhunters, the movie adaptation of Jo Nesbø’s stand alone thriller, was awarded ‘Best Thriller’ at the Empire Awards in London yesterday. Nominated in the same category were Skyfall, Argo, The Raid and Zero Dark Thirty.

NBC has given a pilot order to I Am Victor, the legal drama based on Jo Nesbø’s forthcoming book, from former House executive producer Katie Jacobs. Written by Mark Goffman, the project has some of House’s DNA as it is described as “House as a divorce attorney”.

Headhunters Nominated for BAFTA

Headhunters, the movie adaptation of Jo Nesbø’s novel, has received a 2013 BAFTA nomination in the ‘Best Foreign Film’ category. The critically acclaimed movie premiered in Norway in 2011 and has scored an amazing worldwide box office so far. The awards ceremony will take place on February 10th at London’s Royal Opera House.
